House is tucked away at the end of a private road
(Campbell Road)
that runs along the back of Hampton Green which is
just opposite Hampton Court Palace. Mind the
bumps!

Car
From Central London:
Get onto the A3 and follow it all the way to the
A309 Hook junction. Note that there are two exits
close together.
The first exit is signed to Chessington, and heads
off to an overpass. Carry straight on under the
overpass, and prepare to take the next exit signed
to Hampton Court. Follow the road ahead until you
reach the Scilly Isles dual roundabout and head
round to the right to follow signs to Hampton Court.
Follow the road ahead until you approach Hampton
Court bridge and a final roundabout ahead. Then take
the first left along a private road (just on the
corner as the road veers sharply to the right).
Hampton Court House is indicated by a green sign at
this corner.
From Heathrow, the North & The West:
Exit the M25 at the junction with the A308 and
follow signs to Hampton Court, along the A308. This
road ends at a roundabout with Hampton Court Green
to your left. Turn left at the roundabout and then
take the first left along a private road (just on
the corner as the road veers sharply to the right).
Hampton Court House is indicated by a green sign at
this corner.
From Gatwick, The East & The South:
Taking the M25 clockwise, exit at Junction 10 onto
the A3 towards London. Exit the A3 at Cobham,
turning right at the roundabout towards the town
centre. Pass straight over the first
mini-roundabout, and turn left at the second
roundabout onto the A307 signposted to Esher and
Hampton Court.
Pass through Esher on A307 past Sandown Park race
course to the Scilly Isles double roundabout. Turn
left, following signs to Hampton Court, and carry on
straight over roundabouts until you approach Hampton
Court bridge and a final roundabout ahead. Take the
second exit, heading straight ahead. Then take the
first left along a private road (just on the corner
as the road veers sharply to the right). Hampton
Court House is indicated by a green sign at this
corner.
By Bus
Routes: 111, 216, 411, 416, 451, 461, 513, 726 and
R68.
From
St James’s Church take the
R68
(Richmond – Twickenham – Teddington – Hampton Hill –
Hampton Court)
From
Richmond station (District Line and South West
Trains) take the R68
bus.
From
Hounslow East (Piccadilly Line) take the 111 bus.

By Train
Trains to Hampton Court leave Waterloo every 30
minutes (usually from platforms 1-4). Journey time
takes approximately 35 minutes, and leave 26 minutes
past and 6 minutes past the hour.
On arrival at Hampton Court Station, head over
Hampton Court Bridge and continue straight ahead
(crossing the roundabout). The Green is on your
left. Then as the road veers sharply to the right,
take a left along a private road which leads to
Hampton Court House.
